Providing services to adults 18 and up who are experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, obsessions and compulsions. Using Exposure and Response and Prevention, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and other therapeutic approaches, we are able to address your personal goals as well as explore the root of issues that may be standing in your way of accomplishing them.
